We had a recent article on Natural Therapies and Eczema by Robert Reeves (Naturopath) – take a look at the past issues :) Anyway hope the book helps and let us know how you go – Cheers!

So just after Christmas I cut out all processed foods, sugars and colours. It’s been a month now and i’m actually surprised because their eczema is much better now (one of my children has stopped wearing wraps!). I had no idea that all those things were having such an impact on their skin. It has been a real eye opener and now i want to go completely additive free so this book will definitely help me make the best choices for my family.

My son has been diagnosed with ADHD and we have found that cutting out additives makes a massive difference to his behaviour and ability to concentrate at school. I feel so overwhelmed when I’m out shopping for food for him that it would be great to keep a handy book like this in my handbag at all times!

I’d love to understand more about the food I am giving my little ones and how I can control those factors to give them the best health, as well as what I am putting on my (and their) skin .
